This 5 star online teacher training course is designed for both new trainers and those who have a number of year's experience, it allows you to study at work/home and at your own pace.
This is an exclusive teacher training qualification for the Hair & Beauty Industry
This course will gain you a introductory to teaching qualification which will allow to teach under another's salon/training academy, although with this qualification alone you can teach training courses but they will not be insurable.
To teach your own courses you need to apply for training accreditation after this course, it will accredit your courses and allow your students to gain insurance from our insurance providers.
All the course materials you need will be provided via email and there is full support from our staff throughout the duration of your study. The training manual and instructions will be sent to you via email within 15 minutes of payment, then you can complete and return assignments/projects as they are completed.
This course is made up of 4 assignments, three of these assignments are question and answer based and the final assignment is a micro teach session which is a video presentation and can be recorded on your phone.
At the end of this teacher training course you will have gained a Level 3 in Teaching & Education
(equivalent to Training for Trainers and PTTLS)
The full course takes around 40 hours home study and you will have 1 year to complete from the date of enrolment.
After completing this course you will be able to recognise the different learning styles, plan and design your own training courses, run and supervise a training session, check that your training is effective and that learning has occurred to the highest level, know how to create your own training manual and what to include in them, gain the knowledge of how to create a full lesson plan so your training day goes smooth and lots more!
