The main symptoms of ADHD and how to identify them

Hi, I'm facing a problem - I can't concentrate on my work properly. I thought it was just fatigue, but I noticed that it has always been like this: I forget little things, lose things, put off important things to the last moment. When I was a kid, teachers used to say I was “flying under the radar”, but no one thought about ADHD back then. Now I'm wondering if maybe this is it? Has anyone been diagnosed? How do I know it's not just absent-mindedness, but a real problem?

I had a similar situation! I always thought I was just uncoordinated, but it turned out to be related to ADHD. I had a diagnosis and it really helped - it made it easier to understand how my brain works. I would have had to wait months at the public clinic, so I went to private adhd assessment cambridge. It was quick and most importantly I was given advice on how to cope with everyday difficulties. If you feel your symptoms are interfering with your life, it's definitely worth getting checked out.
