Understanding Service Level Agreements in Dedicated Hosting
I get that they define uptime guarantees and response times, but some providers have SLAs packed with legal jargon that makes it hard to figure out what really matters. Have any of you had experiences where an SLA actually saved you from a bad situation? Or, on the flip side, where the lack of a strong SLA caused issues? Trying to make sure I don’t miss any red flags before committing to a provider.

One thing I’ve found useful is asking for real-world performance data. Some hosts promise 99.99% uptime but have a history of extended outages. Checking reviews and even asking for past incident reports can give you a better idea of how reliable they actually are.
